How to have a successful concert
Keep the concert to 1 hour. 60 minutes. That's it. Everyone is happy.
Practice getting students on and off. Try 2 classes at once. Coming and going. Chop, chop. No dead air. Until the humorless principal takes over, use the in-between time to have students offer dialogue (preferably with humour) to your captive audience.
Here's the script from one of my favorite shows. "Klondike Fever".
